Bartenders, though, still remember the regulars, here to sip a frosty pint with good friends, not to "see and be seen." It all adds up to a place that feels homey enough, especially on rainy nights.

You'll want the burgers and fish-n-chips because that's the craving the place inspires. Those in the know, though, order the beer-steamed clams or the Thai mussels, some of the best in town. Full bar notwithstanding, most folks stop in for a few pints. Before choosing, your friendly bartender will gladly let you sip the seasonal brew.
